Carolyn Newman, Charles Worthington Colour Director, has worked alongside Charles Worthington for over 15 years.

Heading up the colour team involves colour-training all of the stylists, pioneering new colouring techniques and has created a bespoke salon colour consultation service. Her technical expertise has also been used in the development and production of new Charles Worthington products, including Results Colour Bright.

Her formidable track record means that Carolyn has a loyal and discerning client list, including celebrities from both sides of the Atlantic. Most recently she has worked with Jennifer Love-Hewitt, Sara Cox, Sienna Guillory and Jessica Taylor from Liberty X.

Carolyn also travels around the world in her capacity as an international ambassador for both Charles Worthington and L'Oréal.
